In the City

On Sunday we woke up to a thick fog in Petaluma.  We decided to get out of the house by visiting Callie and checking out her new San Francisco apartment.  It turned out to be a beautiful day in the City!  Warm and sunny, so we took a walk over to Alamo square to see "the painted ladies," and play in the nearby park.

January and Rainy Day Fun

January brought lots of rain this year, which meant that I had to come up with some new ways to entertain Thomas the perpetual motion machine! ;) Here are some of the fun activities that we did:

painting

searching through shaving cream "snow"

"cleaning" pennies

cooking

and of course watching some washing machine?


We also braved the rain and went puddle stomping and gutter watching



Don't worry Lena had fun too! She discovered mirrors recently and had been doing her best to follow her brother and get into as much trouble as possible! :)
